• Do not use any provider's logo or branding without permission
• Route API requests to third-party model providers on behalf of our users

3. Fair Use of Model Names

We reference model names (such as "GPT-4o", "Claude", "Gemini") solely for identification and description purposes, to help users understand which models are available through our platform. This is considered fair use under trademark law.

4. No Endorsement

The inclusion of any AI model or provider on our platform does not imply:

• That the provider endorses AI Open Cloud
• That AI Open Cloud is an official partner of the provider
• That AI Open Cloud has any special relationship with the provider
