Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines prohibited uses of AI Open Cloud. Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Content

• Sexual Content: Explicit sexual content or any NSFW material
• Deepfakes: Non-consensual synthetic media of identifiable individuals
• Hate & Harassment: Content promoting violence, hate speech, or targeted harassment
• Self-Harm: Content that encourages or glorifies self-harm or suicide
• Child Exploitation: Any content involving minors in harmful contexts — zero tolerance, immediate report to law enforcement
• Illegal Activity: Fraud, phishing, identity theft, unauthorized access
• Copyright Infringement: Generating content that violates others' intellectual property

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review and filter content to ensure compliance with this policy. Automated and manual review systems may be used. Accounts found in violation will be:

• 1st offense: Warning + content removal
• 2nd offense: 7-day suspension
• 3rd offense: Permanent ban + balance forfeited

Platform Abuse

• No credential sharing or API key reselling
• No scraping, DDoS, or excessive automated requests
• No reverse engineering of the platform
• No creation of multiple free accounts to circumvent limits

Reporting

Report violations to: abuse@aiopenc.com. We investigate all reports within 48 hours.

Legal Compliance

Serious violations (child exploitation, terrorism, imminent threats) will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities immediately.
