Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Open Cloud ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your API credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Generate NSFW or sexually explicit content
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual likeness content
• Produce content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
• Generate hate speech, violence, harassment, or self-harm content
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or any illegal activity
• Resell or redistribute API keys obtained from the Service
• Use Service outputs to train competing AI models
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform infrastructure
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract the Service's underlying technology

4. API Usage & Credits

API access is measured in credits. Different operations consume different amounts of credits based on complexity and model usage. Credits never expire. You can use them at your own pace. Unused credits carry forward as long as your subscription remains active.

We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or suspend accounts that exhibit abnormal usage patterns.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly). All fees are in USD and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its code, design, and infrastructure are owned by AI Open Cloud. You retain ownership of content you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
