Refund Policy

AI Open Cloud (hereinafter "this Site") values user rights. This Refund Policy is intended to explain the refund rules and procedures for pre-paid balances during the use of this Site's services.

2. Pre-paid Balance Refund Rules

The pre-paid amount made by users through this Site will be deposited into their account balance to pay for API call fees. The refund rules are as follows:

  2. Provide Information: Provide your registered email, user ID, recharge order number, and refund reason in the email
  3. Review and Confirmation: This Site will review your application within 3 business days
  4. Process Refund: After approval, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel
Note: When refunding, the system will deduct the amount already used. The bonus balance portion is non-refundable. The refund handling fee is borne by this Site.

6.1 Service Termination
